Good money management has been available to people with a lot of money for a very long time. The advice is not the expensive part — the attention is.
If you have several million dollars, you get a family office: a small team who watch your money, argue about it, and bring you the two or three decisions a year that actually matter. If you have a few thousand, you get an app with a chart on it and a nudge to trade more.
The gap is not knowledge. What index funds do, why fees compound against you, why timing the market rarely works — none of that is secret. The gap is that nobody is paying attention to your specific situation on your behalf, and nobody explains the reasoning in a way you can check.
Vestya is a small team of AI agents that each do one job — research, stocks, crypto, risk — and one who talks to you. They propose; you approve anything that matters. The interesting part is not that it uses AI. Everything uses AI now. The interesting part is what we do about the fact that AI is unreliable.
Limits that must hold are enforced in ordinary code, before any model gets a say, because a model can be talked out of a rule it was merely told to follow. A separate agent reviews every proposal and can only ever shrink a trade, never grow one. Anything of consequence waits for you. And every decision is written into a record that cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, stamped with the exact model version and prompt that produced it.
That last part is the one we would want if we were the customer. Not a promise that the AI is good, but the ability to go back and read exactly what it decided and why.
We will not describe features we have not built. Where something is specified but not yet running, we say so on the page that describes it — including on the page explaining our own guardrails, where one rule is listed as not yet enforced. Overstating what an AI system does is both the easiest way to sell it and the fastest way to deserve losing your trust.
Vestya is in private beta. Paper trading works end to end; real-money execution is being rolled out carefully. We are small, and we would rather ship a narrow thing that behaves predictably than a broad one that does not.
