Short, and in plain English where we can manage it.

Vestya is a software product that helps you manage your own investments. It generates suggestions using AI agents and, where you approve them, places orders in accounts that belong to you. It is not a bank or a custodian, and it does not hold your money.
Nothing Vestya produces is personalised investment advice or a recommendation that any particular investment is suitable for you. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them. Read the disclosures before relying on anything the system produces.
If you connect a brokerage or exchange, you confirm the account is yours and that you are permitted to connect it. Those venues have their own terms and their own fees, which continue to apply. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or their decisions about your account.
Some small trades within the limits you configure may execute without asking you each time. Trades of $5,000 or more, all stock trades, and everything in real-money mode require your explicit approval. When you approve something, you are instructing us to act.
We do not promise investment returns, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that market data will be accurate or timely, or that an order will execute at any particular price. AI systems can produce incorrect output; the guardrails described elsewhere on this site reduce that risk but do not eliminate it. You can lose money, including all of it.
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Paper mode is free.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to break the law or market rules, or use automated means to scrape it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Vestya is in private beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, and availability is limited. We will not pretend a change did not happen.
You can stop using Vestya and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Some decision records are retained for seven years as described in the privacy policy.
If we change these terms materially we will tell you and update the date above rather than changing them quietly.
