The standard industry charge is a percentage of everything you have, billed every year whether or not anything useful happened. On a $100,000 balance a 0.25% fee is $250 a year and it grows as you do. Our costs do not scale with your balance, so neither does the price.
Fees charged by other people are not ours to waive. If you connect a real brokerage or exchange account, that venue's own trading fees, spreads and withdrawal charges still apply. We do not take a cut of your trades, but we cannot make someone else's fees disappear.
