The rules Cleo works to
- Crypto cap: 10% of your nest egg.
- BTC and ETH only. No memecoins.
- Cold storage for anything over $5,000.
Limits like these aren't suggestions written into a prompt — the ones that cap position sizes and require your approval are checked in ordinary code before any order is prepared, so a model cannot talk its way past them.
